"Paula is the heart and soul of this office. She is very knowledgeable, professional and promptly handles all of my questions and insurance needs.
When my car wouldn't start Paula saved me from waiting for roadside service because she knew there was an auto parts store very near me. It worked out when they replaced my battery. Duh! Why didn't I think of that? Thank you Paula!"
